The manor house of the family Nati Poltri - a villa with various farm houses - is famous for its splendid position in the Tuscan hills with a direct view over vineyards and olive groves to the towers of San Gimignano. The cities Florence and Siena are close by.

Certaldo, the native town of Boccaccio, with all its shopping facilities, is 6kms away. One of the typical Tuscan farm house has been restored for guests which still has the empty stables on the ground floor.

Over the outside staircase to the first floor you enter a very large living room with an open fireplace on the one side and a kitchen facilities on the other. It wood also serve as a working room for a small group. Through the hall/corridor from this room you reach the bathroom with shower and four double rooms and a single room. A cot is at your disposal.

The equipment of the house is simple, but you will find everything you need.

Two mobile gas heaters and wood for the fireplace are available for the cooler season.

Chianti Putto wine is still produced on abt. 30 hectars and extra virgin oil on about 40 hectar.
