The former Villa of the Fattoria Mugnano offers two apartments which have been recently restored. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bath-room and a living room/ kitchen. (Apartment No. 1 has the possibility for an additional bed)

The apartments are well furnished in the typical Tuscan style with comfortable kitchens and bathrooms. They are on the ground floor to the South with

view into the court yard and have each their own terrace and a built in grill/barbecue. Further garden area is available

Certaldo, the native town of Boccaccio, with all its shopping facilities is at a distance of 3 kms.

Mountain bikes for rent are available at the villa, horseback riding is possible nearby (100m).

Wine and olive oil are still produced, and can be purchased on request
