Il Testimonio is a classic 18th century Tuscan farmhouse with a „Columbaia" (in former times the pigeon loft) situated on the hills over Certaldo (8kms). It has a fabulous view of San Gimignano, and it is surrounded by cypress trees omidst olive groves and vineyards.

Thanks its its central location in the heart of Tuscany - between Florence and Siena, both at a distance of 35 kms Il Testimonio invites a variety of excursions.

With its 750sq.m the main house offers room for 20-25 persons.

It has been lovingly restored and is divided into 9 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (with shower), a large living and dining room (for self catering) with an open fireplace.

A large dining room with alcoves and arches of brick-work is also available on the ground floor for groups choosing half or full pension.

In the former barn opposite the main house there is a large and well lit group room of 80sq.m with wooden floors and very good acoustics. There is an outdoor dining area in the large garden in front of the house. Ms. Sardella lives in the area, and she is only too happy to help the groups with any problems and advice. The access road to the house is good abt. 100m from the asphalt road.
